These are what I have done so far and will be implement in the near future (0.1.8).
World map overhaul
Replaced world map RTP with hand drawn graphics. Planning to add on screen encounter and remove old random encounter.
Hot spring in Vayu
Add a new hot spring area in Vayu village and several scene with the crews.
*These scene are not in 0.1.7a*
Redo Nomad's wall - Nomad's street
-Now you can sit on Yarunna shoulder and control Yarunna to walk around or dine with her.
-Add Yoyo and Yarunna back story.
Sorry to keep you waiting. Hopefully 0.1.8 can be done before February next year.

I get that you want to go for the faceless protagonist, but can he atleast not have the space suit on in the hotspring?
Haha i think it is funny, but noted that. Maybe I'll wrap his head with a towel.
I adore the idea of sitting on Yarunna's shoulders!
